We just charge for our services based on agreed rates. We do not mark-up from others. We do defend the Yacht’s interest as an independent party.
Refit Management
This is our bread and butter. Full time onsite project manager from planning phase till yacht’s re-delivery. Main steps covered:
- Project Plan Creation (MWL, Budget, Schedule)
- Technical Specifications (Creation and Support)
- Selection of Shipyard (Tendering, Negotiation, Comparison)
- Owner’s Supply List Creation
- Contract Management (Shipyard, Contractors)
- Onsite Quality Control
- Liaising with Class Societies
- Financial Control
- Management of Variation/Change Orders
- Regular Progress and Close-out Reports
- After Refit Follow-up (Warranty and Claims)
